When Summit Capital plans to relocate its customer service center to the same building as its headquarter, previously conceptualized and successfully constructed by ELE. The Japan-based financial institution enlistes ELE to provide design and build services. ELE worked closely with Summit Capital on the adaptive use of the facilityto transform it into one that supports the business amidst the covid-19 pandemic. The business continuity plan is one the key objectives goal needed to archive during the planning process. The Customer service counter is strategically adjacent to the staff café, an informal gathering space, filled with natural light from window wall. The staff work areas are designed to create and shared sense of purpose for employees.
